Did you know that the most common diseases, such as cancer, obesity, heart attacks and diabetes, simply do not occur in other civilizations? But how is that possible?
You'll be shocked when you find out the truth. After 50 years of professional experience and his own research, the internist, oncologist and addiction therapist Dr. Weiss came to new, groundbreaking findings. He blames our diet for 90% of all diseases in our highly industrialized society. The author believes that disease-causing nutrition is the concept of”Next generation nutrition“opposite. He bases his recommendations on over 2,000 scientific literature citations. This book is a guide through the nutritional jungle and shows in an understandable way how you can be full of Energy and zest for life Stay. It's all very simple. See for yourself!
Dr. Weiß was trained at the Diabetes Clinic Bad Oeynhausen and in cardiology and oncology at the Hannover Medical School. Study visits at the University of Helsinki Genetic Institute and at the National Tumor Center in Milan followed. In 1982, he described dexamethasone as the most effective remedy for vomiting during chemotherapy and thus enabled the treatment of millions of cancer patients worldwide. In the noughties, Dr. Weiss treated “more than twice as many” cancer patients as the average of Bavarian oncologists. In 2018, he took over the management of the Department of Oncology and Gastroenterology at the Bayerwaldklinik, which was included in the focus list of the best rehabilitation clinics a year later. Since reaching retirement age, Dr. Weiss has been involved in the treatment of drug addicts at MVZ Dr. Boniakowski in Regensburg. His broad professional experience enabled Dr. Weiss to obtain fundamentally new insights into the connection between cancer, addiction and chronic diseases such as diabetes and nutrition.
“The topic of nutrition is neglected in studies and medical training. And you won't disagree with me: The worst food is in the hospital. But during my work in the diabetes clinic, in cardiology and especially in oncology, I realized that proper nutrition is the key to health. With around 30 rules, all chronic diseases can be avoided. Even whether you eat breakfast or not has an influence on your weight and well-being. Drinking a glass of warm water regularly before the main meal helps you lose weight, but it also protects against a heart attack. I have compiled and analysed all the knowledge from specialist literature and incorporated it into a concept that I”Next Generation Diet“I called. This nutrition concept upsets everything that the media and conventional medicine spread about nutrition. I didn't come up with these tips; they can all be scientifically justified and proven. ”
